      Q：我已经购买了会员资格，为什么突然无法观看视频，提示 “hlsjs-lite: Network error” / “html : video not properly encoded”？

      A：有2种可能。情形1，如果你拖动进度条太快，会触发系统的防滥用机制，你会被暂时封禁10分钟，10分钟内无法观看这部视频，但是你可以观看其他视频，如果你再次触发，会被封禁60分钟。或者是情形2，你被系统认为是尝试下载视频，那在3小时内你将无法观看全部的视频。请记住，你可能被错误地封禁，但是即使管理员也无法解除这些封禁，这些封禁到时间后会自动解除。
      如果你正在观看的视频中断/黑屏，这意味着你触发了系统的拦截。请不要尝试再次播放这个视频，等待12小时后再次尝试，不断地尝试会触发更长时间的封禁。于此同时，你可以观看其他的视频。
